We believe that Elstree and Borehamwood has experienced more new housing developments in the last 5 years than any other area of Hertsmere.
 
We believe our local area is now saturated with housing causing heavy congestion on local roads, lack of infrastructure to support the increased population, a risk of coalescence of settlements and a drop in air quality.
 
Do you want to see our Green Belt being lost forever?
 
Do you want to see this precious land used to build a further 1500+ houses?
