We hope you will renew your EBGBS Membership or join us as a new member.
It only costs £5 per annum for a single person or whole household, and free to anyone 18 years and under.

• Maintaining records of the current membership
• Sending our newsletter either by email or post
• Sending notification of the Annual General Meeting by email or post
• Sending other information we feel is relevant regarding local issues you may find interesting via email only

You may request details of personal information that we hold about you under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). There is no charge for this. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless required by law to do so. We will not use your personal information to send you promotional information.
If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please advise us as soon as possible, by writing to or emailing our Membership Secretary at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.  You may also ask for your details to be erased but this will prevent us being able to send you further notifications.
